Architectural Technologist in Siauliai



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet all safety, environmental, and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for design development
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors during construction phase to resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with new construction materials, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for candidates who require it.
