As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures in Siauliai. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to safety and building codes.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing design proposals and presentations, creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is executed according to the design.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural principles. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. We welcome applications from Nepali candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience in commercial architecture. However, we are open to considering candidates without prior experience if they possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.
