Industrial Architect in Siauliai, Lithuania

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This position is open to Egyptian nationals and no English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and models for industrial projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the design is implemented correctly
- Review and approve materials used in construction
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations specific to industrial projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
