Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Egypt. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of building projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create innovative and sustainable designs that align with our company's values.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1500$
Location: Siauliai, Egypt (Open to foreigners)
