Senior Architect
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural plans and overseeing the construction process. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural plans, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers and contractors, to coordinate project details
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project goals
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong technical skills in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to review drawings for accuracy
- Biometric passport for international travel if necessary

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (willingness to relocate preferred)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
