Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of excavators to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, and loading materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols
- Perform daily pre-operational checks and maintenance on the equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan excavation work
- Dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as required
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments
- Ensure proper grading and leveling of surfaces according to project specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one prior to starting work
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 USD per month. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
