Restaurant Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and budgeting. Your main goal will be to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain financial records and create budgets for the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus and ensure food quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
- Strong communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales, and restaurant operations management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (preferred)
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation may be provided)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
