Restaurant Manager - Seasonal

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Siauliai. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

In this seasonal role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will also be responsible for creating staff schedules, monitoring food and labor costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management. A degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.

As this is a seasonal position, flexibility with working hours is required. This may include working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

This position does not come with accommodation, so it is preferable that candidates have their own housing arrangements in Siauliai during the duration of employment.
