We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, brewing coffee, and maintaining equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area including tables, counters, and equipment
- Stock inventory of supplies and ingredients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee varieties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
- Must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
