Construction Site Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Siauliai, Egypt. As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the construction process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure project timelines are met and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Nationality preference: Egyptian

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the first 6 months. After that, employee must arrange their own housing.
