We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team in Siauliai. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Weld metal components using various methods (e.g. MIG, TIG, arc)
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Ensure proper safety measures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in welding or related field
- Experience with MIG, TIG, or arc welding
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in the welding industry
