Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions. You will also work closely with our suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires someone who is able to multitask efficiently, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product ordering
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers' attention
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and availability
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Train store employees on merchandising techniques and assist in implementing best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail operations
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits or supplier meetings
