Merchandiser Specialist


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profits by strategically planning and implementing merchandising strategies. You will also be in charge of analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profits
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine product availability and stock levels
- Plan and execute product displays that are visually appealing and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are stocked and available for purchase
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and terms
- Work closely with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for products
- Train store employees on merchandising techniques and standards
- Regularly visit stores to ensure proper implementation of merchandising strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with retail stores preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
