Indian Sales Manager in Siauliai

We are in search of an experienced and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and developing new business opportunities for our company. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them towards achieving goals
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, and commission based on performance.

Location:
