Housekeeping Supervisor


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Siauliai. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy. This position requires previous experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are provided
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
