We are in need of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team at a highly reputable auto body shop in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your main duties will include assessing damage, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time position that does not require accommodation and offers visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of the damage
- Perform necessary repairs on various vehicle parts such as body panels, frames, and mechanical components
- Use specialized equipment and tools to repair or replace damaged parts
- Ensure all repairs are done accurately and efficiently to meet industry standards
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair progress and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling equipment or working on vehicles

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in the automotive industry
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle mechanics, body repair techniques, and equipment usage
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- Valid driver's license is preferred
