Office Manager for Indian Company in Siauliai
Our Indian company in Siauliai is seeking a competent and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing an office efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all administrative tasks within the office
- Create and implement efficient procedures and policies
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Act as the point of contact for all employees, clients, and vendors
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management
- Handle HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HR practices
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
