Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement plans to attract new guests, maintain relationships with existing clients, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials
- Manage the hotel's presence on online travel agencies, corporate booking platforms, and other distribution channels
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Train and mentor junior sales staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian (other languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of online travel agencies, corporate booking platforms, and other distribution channels is preferred
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive sales
- Good understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
