Information Security Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Utena, Kenya. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and data from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT department to implement security measures and protocols, conduct risk assessments, and investigate any security breaches. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or potential threats
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends
- Conduct training sessions for employees on information security best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, firewalls, anti-virus software, encryption techniques, etc.
- Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear manner

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Kenya (accommodation provided)
