Computer Systems Analyst - Malayalees



We are seeking a talented and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team of Malayalees in Utena. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will work closely with our IT team to understand the organization's technology needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with other departments to gather requirements, design new systems or upgrades, and ensure smooth implementation.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to analyze complex data. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have exceptional communication skills in Malayalam.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Gather requirements from various departments and stakeholders
- Design new systems or upgrades to meet organizational needs
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with IT team members on system development and implementation
- Test new systems or upgrades for functionality and accuracy
- Train end-users on new or updated systems
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Malayalam language is required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze complex data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with various operating systems
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
