Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new computer systems or modify existing ones to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of new systems and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with IT professionals, end users, and management to determine system requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for system implementations
- Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of new systems before implementation
- Train end users on how to effectively use new systems and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Utena, Lithuania

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)
