IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Utena. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems and networks run smoothly. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our clients' productivity and efficiency, as well as ensuring their data and systems are secure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain and update client systems with the latest software patches and security updates
- Monitor system performance and perform regular backups
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Utena. However, we are open to considering candidates from other cities in Lithuania.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. We welcome Egyptian candidates who have experience working in IT support. English proficiency is required for this position.
