As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in Utena, Lithuania. Your main task will be to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks assigned to the team. You will work closely with the project manager and other team leads to plan, organize and coordinate resources for projects. Your strong leadership skills and experience in project management will be essential to motivate and guide your team towards achieving their goals. In addition, you will also be responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and training for team members to improve their skills. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment within your team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. Salary: 1700$ per month

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role
