We are currently hiring a results-driven and organized Project Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, including budget management, resource allocation, and timeline management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop plans to mitigate them
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and tasks
- Manage changes in project scope or timeline effectively
- Facilitate meetings with team members to track progress and solve any issues that arise
