We are in need of a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing website layouts, graphics, and templates. Salary: Our company offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location: This position is based in Utena, Lithuania.

Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing website layouts that meet client requirements
- Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the functionality and user experience of the website
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all design elements are functioning correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout design, etc.
- Experience creating responsive designs for different screen sizes
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design work is required
