We are hiring an experienced English-Malayalam Interpreter to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services for English and Malayalam speakers. As an interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between individuals who do not speak the same language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events between English and Malayalam speakers.
- Listen carefully to the speaker's message and accurately convey it in the target language.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Collaborate with other interpreters to ensure consistency and accuracy in interpretation.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam.
- Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
Our office is located in Utena, Lithuania where we provide accommodation for our employees. However, we are open to considering remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
