Facade Specialist
Location: Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining facades on various buildings and structures. Your expertise in facade systems and materials will be essential in ensuring that our projects meet high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Designing facade systems for various buildings and structures based on project requirements
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing facades
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop efficient and cost-effective facade solutions
- Selecting appropriate materials and finishes for facades based on performance requirements and budget constraints
- Creating detailed facade drawings using CAD software
- Overseeing the installation of facades according to design specifications
- Conducting quality control checks during the construction process to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Providing technical assistance during the construction phase to resolve any issues that may arise
- Developing maintenance plans for facades to prolong their lifespan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and installation
- Extensive knowledge of different facade systems, materials, and finishes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to facades
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
