Tiler Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of tilers, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in tiling, with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of tilers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time
- Train new tilers and provide guidance to existing team members
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople
- Order materials and equipment as needed for each project
- Monitor work progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in tiling, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees or Kenyans preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
