Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, and polishing to achieve desired product appearance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Follow safety guidelines when handling materials and operating equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in finishing or woodworking preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy objects
