Formworker Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Utena, Egypt. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of formworkers, ensuring that they follow safety standards and produce quality work. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, as well as communicating with clients and other team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in formwork construction and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed
- Train new formworkers on company processes and best practices
- Conduct site inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and any incidents or accidents on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of formwork construction techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Own visa or ability to obtain one for working in Egypt
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
Salary: 1500$ per month
Contract job with possibility for extension
