We are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up molds or forms that will be used to shape concrete structures such as walls, floors, columns, and beams. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the size, shape, and materials required for formwork
- Cut and shape wooden or metal materials according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Assemble formwork components on site using nails, screws, bolts or other fasteners
- Ensure that formwork is level and properly aligned before pouring concrete
- Apply waterproofing treatments on formwork to prevent moisture damage
- Remove formwork after concrete has cured and clean the area for reuse
- Perform routine maintenance on formwork tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in formwork assembly
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
