Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Utena. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include operating equipment to complete tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques
- Familiarity with construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy equipment

Salary: $1200 per month
