We are a leading solar energy company based in Utena, Lithuania. We are seeking skilled and hardworking Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops or other suitable locations
- Perform quality checks on installations to ensure they meet safety standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar installations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during installations or maintenance visits

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Familiarity with electrical systems and tools used for installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Utena, Lithuania. Applicants from India are welcome to apply, however English proficiency is not required.

Experience:
No previous experience is required for this position. We will provide training and support for all new hires.
