Junior Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist at our growing architecture firm in Utena, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects under the guidance and mentorship of our experienced team. We are seeking a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about architecture and has a strong desire to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits and assist with project documentation
- Collaborate with senior technologists and architects on project designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials
- Use CAD software to produce accurate drawings
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Previous experience working as an architectural technologist or intern
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Bilingual in English and Lithuanian

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees if needed. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply.
