Junior Industrial Architect
Our architecture firm is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work alongside experienced professionals to design, plan, and oversee the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of industrial architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare architectural drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Assist in creating project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Prior experience or coursework in industrial architecture is preferred but not required
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Utena. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Utena or are willing to relocate.
