Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Utena. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards. Your role will involve leading a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design process, and making crucial decisions to ensure the success of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and oversee their work
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback for improvements
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor others
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during projects

Salary: 1800$
Location: Utena (preference for Pakistani or Canadian applicants)
Employment type: Full-time (part-time may be considered)
Language requirements: Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
