Senior Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena, Kenya. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to deliver high-quality architectural designs
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
-Knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

The job is located in Utena, Kenya.
