Floral Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. Your main duty will be to use your artistic skills to design and arrange flowers according to clients' preferences and needs.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers and greenery
- Order necessary supplies and materials for each project
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and meet the client's expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice on floral options based on budget and occasion
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floristry industry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role
- Creativity and artistic ability in designing unique arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in every arrangement
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends for events

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Utena, Lithuania (open for Malayalee candidates)
