Floral Designer



We are in search of a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Utena. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create designs that meet the client's budget and vision
- Order, receive, and inspect flowers and other supplies to ensure quality
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Utilize different techniques such as wiring, taping, and gluing to create arrangements
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing any concerns

Requirements:
- A passion for flowers and design
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to properly arrange them
- Physical stamina for standing long hours while working with flowers
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Utena

Preference will be given to African or Malayalee candidates who are proficient in English. This position is open to individuals without prior experience in floral design but possess a natural talent for it. Accommodation will not be provided.
