Personal Trainer


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness center located in Utena. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients. Your role will also involve conducting fitness assessments and tracking clients' progress to ensure their goals are being met.

Requirements:
- Relevant certification or degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and proper form
- Ability to create customized workout plans based on clients' goals and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with potential clients
- Create personalized workout plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and motivation
- Teach proper form for exercises and ensure safety during workouts
- Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to their plans as needed
- Demonstrate exercises for clients and assist with modifications when necessary
- Provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support overall health and fitness goals

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
