Indian Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. Our restaurant is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a passion for Indian cuisine and culture. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and extensive knowledge of the food industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant including finances, operations, and customer service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Create work schedules and handle payroll duties
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other business partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu changes or improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and traditions
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Must be able to legally work in Lithuania without visa sponsorship
