Restaurant Manager - Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, budget, inventory, and customer service
- Train and develop new employees to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient purchasing and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health code regulations
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health code standards
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Lithuania
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs are accepted)

Salary: $1600 per month
