Merchandiser - Utena, Lithuania



We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays in retail stores to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends
- Plan and execute creative product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide support when needed
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and develop strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in visual merchandising is preferred
- Knowledge of current trends in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
