We are currently hiring a Gardener to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and outdoor areas of our client's properties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for gardening and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants according to their specific needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
- Installing new plants or landscaping features as requested by clients
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Collaborating with other team members to complete larger projects
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year.
