Handyman/Handywoman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Utena. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our clients' properties. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1100$, suitable for Nepali candidates with proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond to client requests for repairs and maintenance services.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, following safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or similar role.
- Proficiency in English (Nepali language skills are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
