Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a background in general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial setting

Working Conditions:
The Handyman will work full-time hours on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts. The job may require bending, stooping, standing for extended periods of time, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy objects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
