We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for assessing the damage, determining the necessary repairs, and completing the work with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify necessary repairs
- Use various tools and equipment to repair body damage, including welding equipment, body filler, and paint
- Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized tools
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep track of materials used and maintain an inventory of supplies
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed and progress updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in auto body repair preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and repair techniques
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates outside of Lithuania.
