Hotel Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities of our hotel in Utena, Lithuania. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and meet sales targets through effective strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to drive overall business growth
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the hotel industry
- Familiarity with online booking platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia would be an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
