Hotel Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Utena, Lithuania. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Your goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through effective sales techniques and promotions.

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the hotel industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid work visa for Lithuania (sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with the hotel's overall goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met during their stay
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed to remain competitive
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasting
