Concierge
A luxury hotel in Utena is searching for a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including assisting with reservations, recommending local attractions, and arranging transportation. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have a passion for hospitality.

As a Concierge, your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area, and coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date on local events and attractions, as well as making reservations at restaurants or tickets for shows per guest requests.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous customer service experience and be able to work well under pressure. A friendly attitude and strong problem-solving skills are also essential. Additionally, candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.

This is a full-time position that requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. While previous experience as a Concierge is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals without prior experience who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. Please note that accommodation is not provided with this position.
